Natasha Rothwell

Natasha Rothwell is a comedy performer, writer and director living and working in New York. This sometimes worries her mother.

Natasha is a Creative and Performing Arts Scholar and graduate of the University of Maryland theater program and has performed at The Kennedy Center, Studio Theatre, Olney Theatre, and Arena Stage. After moving to New York, she studied at The Peoples Improv Theater where she won the NBC Universal Diversity Scholarship, and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater where she was selected to perform at the Just for Laughs 2012: New Faces Characters Showcase in Montreal. Her parents cried.

In addition to the Just for Laughs Festival she has been invited to perform at comedy festivals over the country: DC Comedy Festival, Chicago Improv Festival, Del Close Improv Marathon, Toronto International Improv Festival, Charleston Comedy Festival, Philadelphia Improv Festival, DuoFest, Dirty South Improv Festival, Mid-Atlantic Improv Festival, Baltimore Improv Festival.

Natasha is currently a cast member of the Maude team Dinner, and is a member of the weekend team The Curfew. Previous teams include: Kinsey (Lloyd Night), Neighbor Boy (Maude Night), and Goodgirl (Harold Night)

Natasha also performs in the hilarious award-winning duo Hodapp and Rothwell, and can be seen performing regularly with Super Nice, Oh Boy!, and War Bride. She can be heard on the podcast, Naked Radio. She is also a very proud member of The Striking Viking Story Pirates.
