George Anagnostakos
George is a writer, performer, and director from West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He's been studying and performing at UCB since 2008.
George directed, co-wrote, and co-stars in George Kareman: Incredibly Extreme and Extremely Incredible. He was a part of the advanced study class ( ), and also performs with his improv groups The Strangers and Greek Tragedy.
George currently works as a writer's assistant and researcher for Funny or Die's Billy on the Street. Other credits include work for ESPN, Discovery Channel, BBC, and Nickelodeon. George also served as the writer's intern on The Late Show with David Letterman, where he inadvertently caused the writer's strike in the Fall of 2007.
George is also a member of Mint Films, a UMASS Amherst alum, and a huge fan of roller coasters.
