Gil Ozeri
Hi. Gil Ozeri [iknowgil.com] is a comedian, actor and writer from New York City as well as a regular performer and teacher at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. Gil can be seen performing improv every Friday night at 9:30pm with Death by Roo Roo. His latest one man show, "Buzzy Shore's Master Class in Comedy," recently ran at UCB Theatre. His sketch and improv performances at UCBT also include hosting the Dirtiest Sketch Show in NYC, Crash Test, Sweet, The Real Real World, as well as many other shows.
His sketch group, Hot Sauce [hotsauceacademy.com], went to the 2007 Montreal Comedy Festival where their show was directed by Bob Odenkirk and David Cross. Their performance was written up about in the Hollywood Reporter - "...young New York sketch trio Hot Sauce attracted some attention with [people] lauding their offbeat skits..." TimeOut NY also has said that Hot Sauce "likely has a future in late night." Their sketch shows were both TimeOut NY 'Critic's Picks'.
Gil has starred as the host of the TV show Starveillance on the E! Network and the MTV pilot NewsDoggz. He's appeared on Saturday Night Live, Late Night w/Jimmy Fallon and Late Night w/Conan O'Brien and is also the creator some celebrated animated prank phone calls, featured on a bunch of radio stations.
