We have affordable, high quality shows seven nights a week in NYC and LA. Our original comedy videos have garnered the national spotlight. We also run the first nationally accredited improv and sketch comedy school in the country. For information on our courses visit the Training Center.
Del Close Memorial Improv Marathon
The 5th Annual Del Close Marathon is the biggest improv weekend of the year. This year there will be over 110 shows, featuring groups from all across the United States participating. All four of the Upright Citizens Brigade will be in town doing shows.
This year we are especially excited about all of the shows that are coming from Chicago. Over 30 groups in total will be in town, including ImprovOlympic house teams Baby Wants Candy and Carl and the Passions, and Bassprov featuring Annoyance veterans Joe Bill and Mark Sutton, and IO's flagship show the Mosaic.
They will be joined by best of NYC's improv community and our own long running shows including the Swarm, Respecto Montalban, Feature Feature, Mother and of course ASSSSSCAT.
So many groups wanted to participate that we opened a second venue this year at Gotham City Improv. 158 west 23rd Street
