Remember the 1st time you shit the bed? Remember the 27th time? Well, no matter who you are, you've definitely shit the bed - at least 27 times. And as Beyonce sings quoting Eleanor Roosevelt quoting Aristotle's wife quoting a lady bacterium at the birth of the world, "Even ladies shit the bed." But don't look away in shame or anger; look toward the shit with a smile and wonder. Just get in there and get it all over you. Like on your hands. All over your face. Inside your pores.
