FREEZE! is a pair of mavericks from London, England: Tom Basden and Tim Key. Their show is made up of these things: poetry, folk singing, violence, mime, body art, vicious bullying, violence, spitting and housework. The result is extraordinary.

They work the circuit in London and Edinburgh and toured the rest last year. They’re enormous in Leicester (which is enormous in England). They’ve worked with Armando Iannucci, Steve Coogan and other big British comics and have shows on BBC1, 2, 3 and Radio 4. But their stage-stuff is altogether more divvy.
