Maggie Carey is a writer, performer and director who makes short films in New York and Los Angeles. Her credits include SUN RIVER HOMESTEAD (aired nationally on PBS and won a Regional Emmy), LADYPORN (winner of the SXSW Audience Award), and DANCE CLUB (winner of the Austin Film Festival Audience Award). Carey co-created THE JEANNIE TATE SHOW, a web series for Warner Bros. Studio 2.0, which she writes and directs (stars Liz Cackowski, SNL). She currently performs with Bastian and Choking Victim at UCB Theatre NYC.
