Ari Scott has studied longform improvisation at UCB Theatre since 2005 and sketch writing since 2007. She has appeared in the UCBT shows Sunny-Side Up, The Subject, and The Monoscene.
Ari had her first taste of improv in 1988 at a children's acting school where she mastered Zip Zap Zoop as well as commercial copy for Ragu's Tomato Sauce. In the 90's she studied shortform improv at Creative Acting Company and HB Studios but has spent the bulk of the past decade as a singer and songwriter, releasing an album in 2002 and an EP in 2004. In 2005 she took a break from the music biz and signed up at UCBT. She is still on break.
Ari enjoys working in the tech booth, taking photographs, and playing piano. She believes the best sitcom of all time is The Honeymooners.
