Celeste Ballard is a sketch writer on the UCB Maude Team Slow Burn. She is a recent graduate of Yale, where she performed improv with The Ex!t Players. She also wrote comedic pieces for The Record, other stuff for The Herald and The YDN, and co-wrote the annual satirical musical, The Yale Show. Celeste has studied sketch writing and improv at UCB since 2005 under Scott Aukerman, Bobby Moynihan, Charlie Sanders, Curtis Gwinn and Gavin Speiller. You can occasionally find Celeste writing and performing with the sketch group Lady Suit, but most likely she is somewhere craving Italian food and wanting to dance.
