Leslie Meisel is currently a cast member on the UCBT Maude Sketch Team - THUNDER GULCH

She started studying improv with Martin de Maat at the Second City NYTC. In 2001, she became a cast member of The Second City Business Theatre: NY Company. Her training continued at the UCBT where she performed on two Harold teams – Dr. Awesome & The RRRRRRockets, the Maude Team The Skuntz; And was Joe Cojullio in "Cojullio's Pizza".

Her first solo show You Never Know was listed as “One of the best shows of 2005” along side Jersey Boys and Pillowman. 

TV/Film Credits: 30 Rock (Wendy), 4th Floor: Pilot (cast member/writer), Funny Valentine, The Marconi Bro’s starring Dan Fogler, and A Gift Of Fire: Suzanne Shepherd featuring Alan Alda, Joan Allen and Danny Glover.

Theatre Credits: Savage in Limbo by John Patrick Shanley as Linda Rotunda (SHEPHERDS.), We Built This City on Rent Control (Second City NY), The Director (The Flea Theatre) and Blindspot.

Commercial/Voice-Overs: Discovery Channel, Oxygen Network, New York Sports Club, Welcome Wagon and Leslie proudly played “The Banana” in the Emmy Nominated promo “Banana Basketball” for Nickelodeon,

Ms. Meisel (another way to refer to herself in this bio) graduated from the University of Florida where she received a degree in Theatre with honors. Leslie is always loving the sounds of Kenny Loggins (Yep, not afraid to admit it).... .
