David Siegel

Performer Headshot

David began improvising with Dirty South Improv, where he was a frequent performer at the DSI Comedy Theater. He appeared in many DSI shows while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where David also performed with the student group "CHiPs." After graduating, he moved to New York to continue his studies at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre.

David is thrilled to perform at the UCBT as part of Harold Night with "Tantrum." He also appeared in the improvised political comedy show "The Spin." He continues to take classes at the theater, having studied with Curtis Gwinn, Charlie Todd, Anthony King, Billy Merritt, Michael Delaney and many others.

During the day, he works in Bronx Criminal Court on a project developing alternatives to incarceration for low-level crime.

David wouldn't even be writing this bio without the support of his family, and he thanks them for everything.
