DC Pierson was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and moved to New York to go to school. He graduated from NYU in 2007 with a degree in writing for television. He co-hosts the UCBT's Friday night sketch open mic, Liquid Courage, is one-fifth of the Wednesday Night Brew Crew, and one-fourth of DERRICK, a sketch and improv group who are also the most popular comedians on YouTube. He has appeared in various MTV things, and occasionally does stand-up or reads things aloud for audiences. He publishes short stories, poems, and un-asked-for opinions on his website, dcpierson.com
