I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD
by Lauren Weedman
Directed by Kevin Mullaney
Mr. Critzer wasn't gay, was he? He was just too busy teaching his swing choir to find a nice girl and settle down...right? In 1987, Mr. Critzer died suddenly from a "head cold" and sent one of his students on a life-long anxiety trip of Ouija Boards, faith healers, and strip-mall funerals. Is the afterlife a welcoming beam of light populated by friends and family or simply overactive glands?
Tuesdays at 8.
