Ian Roberts: Lazy Man

Ian Roberts (a founding member of the world's greatest sketch group ever, the Upright Citizens Brigade, whose critically acclaimed sketch show ran for three seasons on Comedy Central, before criminal ignorance caused it to be canceled) is once again blessing humanity with his remarkable, fully improvised one man show, "Lazy Man." "Lazy Man" is universally recognized as the most important theatrical experience of the last three millennia. As of late, the show has been performed only occasionally at various monasteries and temples, while Ian devoted most of his time and energies to a quest for spiritual enlightenment and campaign for world peace. A vision received during a 40 day fast has compelled Ian to remount his transcendent show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York, NY. It is not an exaggeration to say that this is the best show in the history of the world. And perhaps more important that any of the preceding, the show is improvised because Ian is too Lazy to write it. Come to the show or your life will be less meaningful.

"I'm a pretty tough critic, but I believe this will be the most important artistic event of the new millennium."
- Ian Roberts
