REINSTATEMENT

In order to be considered for timely reinstatement of active status after termination, the student must initiate the appeal process, described on page 17 of this catalog. All appeals must be put in writing. All appeals are to be reviewed by the Academic Supervisor and the Managing Director of the Training Center. The student will be notified of his or her reinstatement via e-mail four to six weeks after the Training Center administrative staff receives the appeal. If the student's appeal is granted, he or she may be unconditionally reinstated and will be allowed to register for courses in the upcoming cycle.

If a student is placed on academic suspension, he or she will be able to return to class after one full calendar year, barring any further action on the student's behalf that could result in suspension or termination.
